Technical Customer Service

Languages:

• Advanced level of English
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows, PC hardware and software
• Good verbal, written and listening skills
• Willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge
• Ability to work towards quality, productivity and attendance targets
• Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

What you'll do:

• Troubleshoot, research and resolve technical issues using our internal knowledge base and tools
• Identify issues that need to be escalated and follow the established procedures
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers
• Handle customer inquiries received by phone and through other internal communication channels
• Prepare service pricing, quotations and invoices based on the diagnostics performed
• Keep customer cases and interactions accurately documented
• Make sure customers receive clear and professional communication throughout the support process
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
• Take on additional tasks when required by the Team Lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €2.498,33 - €5.914,37 per month
