We are hiring English-speaking Technical Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Identify problems and guide customers through effective solutions.
• Explain technical information clearly and professionally.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent English, spoken and written.
• Previous Technical Support experience in a call center OR a degree/diploma in Computer Science and Networking.
• Good understanding of computers, software, networks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and a strong team player.

Working conditions:

• Morning shift
• 8 hours per day
• 5 days per week
