Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to technical products and services.

• Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide effective resolutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate upgrades, additional services, and relevant solutions.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining service quality.

• Meet defined customer satisfaction, productivity, and sales performance targets.

• Maintain accurate interaction records and comply with process-specific quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Practical technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities are required.
