Technical Customer Support Specialist – AI & APIs

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing AI technology company building voice and speech solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems involving APIs, integrations, telephony and AI-powered products.

You will work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues, investigate production problems, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex API and voice/AI integration issues.

What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations and technical customer issues
• Investigate production issues using GCP logs
• Support telephony / SIP / VoIP / Twilio integrations
• Work with AI/LLM-powered products
• Use Python and SQL for technical troubleshooting
• Work closely with Engineering to resolve complex issues

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–3+ years in Technical Support / Support Engineering / Application Support
• Hands-on GCP + production log troubleshooting – required
• Telephony / SIP / VoIP / Twilio experience – required
• Experience supporting AI/LLM-powered products – required
• Strong REST API and integration troubleshooting skills
• Python and SQL knowledge
• SaaS/B2B experience
• Startup or high-growth technology experience

What’s offered:

• $50,000–$80,000 CAD/year, depending on experience
