Technical Data Entry Specialist

Job highlights

• Basic understanding of technical specifications related to doors and windows systems . Proficient in MS Office Suite,especially Excel . Good communication skills

• Experience with Autocad Software is a plus .

• Data Interpretation: Interpret and accurately input technical specifications from technical manuals/Autocad Files into our software

• Technical File Management: Input and modify technical files as per specifications and customer requirements

• Quality Assurance: Verify the data and technical files for accuracy and completeness

• Data Management: Organize and maintain the data and technical files in a manner that facilitates easy retrieval and updates

• Documentation: Keep records of the data and technical files entered, including any changes or updates made

• Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless software setup for end customers

• Reporting: Generate reports on data entry and technical file management activities and present them to the team lead
