Role Summary

We are hiring a hands-on Technical Delivery Architect, to own end-to-end enterprise implementation of banking risk solutions. This is not merely a coordination role: you will act as a technical leader bridging pre-sales validation all the way through launch and post-production stabilization. You will leverage solution architecture expertise and robust delivery governance to keep complex banking projects on track, and take full accountability for technical delivery outcomes, including customer-side technical architecture design, deployment, system integration and technical incident resolution . You need to bring proven hands-on backend & big data expertise, with real cross-system troubleshooting experience to resolve complex production issues in heterogeneous client environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own full-lifecycle technical delivery Lead project delivery from solution design, implementation and system integration through UAT, go-live and post-launch stabilization. Serve as the chief technical authority for assigned banking projects, ensuring all deliverables are scalable and production-grade. Align cross-party stakeholders including client IT teams, third-party vendors and internal resources to deliver within schedule and quality targets.
2. Solution & architecture design Translate banking business requirements into robust end-to-end technical solutions. Lead customer-facing backend architecture design for closed-won banking projects, covering risk decision & rule engines, batch/real-time API & streaming data integration, distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch etc.), across on-prem, private cloud and hybrid setups. Build high-availability, performant and secure architectures that comply with banking industry standards.
3. Lead system integration & implementation Oversee integration work with client core banking, loan origination (LOS), payment gateways and enterprise data platforms. Define data models, API specifications and system interaction workflows. Balance product standardization vs custom development, to maintain long-term system maintainability and scalability. Hands-on deployment & integration work within client’s existing IT environment; diagnose and resolve complex cross-system failures across backend services, cloud infrastructure and big data components.
4. Client & stakeholder management Act as the primary technical point of contact for client architects, CIO/CTO teams and implementation partners. Facilitate technical workshops, architecture review sessions and design sign-offs. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve high-priority technical escalations.
5. Delivery governance & risk mitigation Build project delivery roadmaps, milestones and technical checkpoints. Identify and mitigate risks related to system performance, scalability and integration complexity. Guarantee production readiness: deployment strategy, rollback mechanism, monitoring setup and support handover.
6. Post-go-live support & continuous improvement Support production stabilization and troubleshooting of critical incidents. Drive root cause analysis and system performance optimization. Contribute to delivery playbooks, reusable architecture patterns and global delivery standardization.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 8–15+ years working in enterprise software delivery or system integration
• Solid track record delivering financial/banking systems: credit risk, anti-fraud, payment or core banking platforms
• Proven experience independently leading large-scale enterprise implementation initiatives
• Demonstrated real-world case experience troubleshooting cross-system failures in heterogeneous enterprise environments

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in Java and backend architecture; capable to conduct end-to-end technical architecture design, deployment planning, integration and technical issue resolution for signed customer projects.
• Strong architecture background in distributed systems, microservices, REST/gRPC API design, real-time and batch data pipelines
• Hands-on familiarity with big data & middleware components: Kafka/MQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, relational and NoSQL databases
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) plus on-premises infrastructure deployments, integrating solutions into customer existing hybrid environments
• Deep understanding of system integration patterns, HA & scalable design, banking-grade security and compliance controls

• Experience managing cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills

Communication

• Confident client-facing communication skills
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including enterprise architects, CIO and CTO
• Fluent English; local Thai language capability is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience implementing risk control, fraud detection or decision engine platforms
• Prior background at system integrators or management/tech consulting firms
• Knowledge of Southeast Asia banking regulatory & compliance requirements
• Experience delivering projects across multiple countries in APAC

• Make balanced judgements between product standardization and custom development
