Technical Delivery Coordinator

🔎 We are looking for a Technical Delivery Coordinator to join an international project in the technology and digital solutions sector. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating complex technical deliveries , managing c ross-functional dependencies , and ensuring smooth alignment between engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders.

This role focuses on technical coordination, structure, and execution, acting as the operational bridge to drive seamless system integrations and end-to-end delivery .

💡 What you will do:

• Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery across systems, internal engineering teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain full visibility and transparency on technical dependencies, open topics, risks, and required actions.
• Facilitate technical alignment sessions, driving follow-ups, decisions, and clear action items.
• Work closely with the Lead Architect to ensure execution remains strictly aligned with the agreed architecture and technical design.
• Organize and drive technical readiness, integration efforts, and end-to-end technical testing.
• Support Jira tracking, technical status reporting, and executive management presentations.

🎯 What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in technical delivery coordination, technical project coordination, or cross-team delivery management.
• Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, system dependencies, and technical delivery risks.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills with a strong focus on structure, tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to act as a technical bridge between architects, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, status reporting, and technical action tracking.

📍 Location: Full-remote (currently based in Spain).

🗣️ Language: English C1 (Fluent, with the ability to work in English on a daily basis)
