Technical Delivery Engineer

About Our Client

Responsibilities

• Lead POC implementation and delivery , including deployment, performance validation, customer training, change management, and incident management.
• Deliver end-to-end project implementation , including requirements gathering, solution design, platform deployment, and scenario configuration.
• Manage and coordinate standard product deployment projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into deployment solutions.
• Design and document deployment architectures , implementation strategies, and technical delivery plans.
• Support and manage major platform upgrades and complex technical implementations.
• Ensure customer success through proactive communication, issue resolution, and post-deployment support.

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of IT Operations / Technical Support / Deployment experience

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Linux Administration

✅ Proficiency in Python or Shell/Bash scripting

✅ Experience with at least 5 Operations / Observability Tools , such as:

• Ansible
• ELK Stack
• Log Analysis Platforms
• Monitoring & Observability Tools
• Automation Platforms
• IT Operations Management Solutions

✅ 1-2 years of experience with Big Data and/or Container Technologies

• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Hadoop Ecosystem
• Container Deployment & Operations

✅ Strong customer-facing communication and requirement gathering skills

✅ Experience in Customer Success , IT Operations Planning , or Infrastructure Modernization Projects is highly preferred

✅ Previous experience delivering projects for UAE Government Clients is highly preferred
