Technical Delivery Lead

We have a great opportunity for a Technical Delivery Lead to join our team! This role is focused on improving how we deliver services to our customers. Acting as a trusted problem solver across the business, you’ll work across teams to identify and resolve service delivery challenges, remove operational roadblocks, and drive practical improvements across our people, processes and systems.

You’ll work closely with operational teams, account management and leaders across CCCS to understand recurring pain points, get to the root cause of issues and coordinate solutions. You’ll also use service performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve the way we work and deliver a more consistent customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong experience in service delivery, operations or customer experience
• A track record of solving complex operational or service issues
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to bring different teams together
• A practical, continuous improvement mindset
• Confidence working with data and service performance measures to identify trends and opportunities
• Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of technology environments, ideally across cyber, cloud or connectivity
