Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI-driven products and solutions, with a strong focus on Research Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Quality Management. This role bridges the gap between research teams, engineering teams, product stakeholders, and business leadership to ensure innovative AI solutions are delivered efficiently, securely, and at production-grade quality.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in AI/ML systems with proven program delivery leadership, quality governance, and stakeholder management skills. They will oversee end-to-end delivery from research experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, engineering management, or technical program management.
• 3+ years managing AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps practices.
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern delivery methodologies.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
