Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-impact technology projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that projects meet expectations on quality, timelines, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple tech projects (AI/ML, Web, Mobile, Cloud-based solutions).
• Manage project planning, team allocation, and execution in Agile environments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
• Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, handle escalations proactively.
• Ensure delivery excellence in engineering, DevOps, security, and architecture.
• Lead teams of developers, QA engineers, architects, and analysts.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts: solutioning, estimations, client proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor delivery metrics, budget utilization, and resource performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 12 years of overall experience in IT, including 4+ years in delivery/project management.
• Strong technical background in software development, cloud architecture, or data platforms.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level software projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) project delivery experience is highly preferred.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as a Data Scientist or working closely with AI/ML teams will be an added advantage.
