Technical Delivery Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Tunis.

Your Missions

SaaS Delivery & Infrastructure

• Deploy and maintain SaaS/ On premise environments for customer and internal projects.
• Set up and update infrastructure components and virtual machines.
• Configure authentication and authorization systems, including SSO and LDAP/Active Directory .
• Implement database encryption, backup solutions, and infrastructure components for third-party integrations.
• Ensure environments comply with Planisware quality and security processes.

Operations & Support

• Maintain SaaS environments in operational condition.
• Provide support for infrastructure-related issues.
• Analyze and manage infrastructure requests.
• Contribute to change-management procedures and technical upgrades.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Improve and automate software and configuration deployments.
• Develop and enhance monitoring tools and operational procedures.
• Document and continuously improve existing processes and solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering degree / master’s degree in computer science or IT (Bac+5) .
• knowledge of virtualization and public cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, GCP ).
• Knowledge of Linux and PostgreSQL .
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team while being organized and autonomous.
• Ability to explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to suggest improvements.
