Technical Delivery Manager / Infrastructure Delivery Manager

As the Manager - Delivery, you will take the lead in the first level of screening discussions with candidates.

Demonstrate extensive experience in managing Infra Engineering Projects, which includes Storage, Networking, Virtualization and Cloud Native projects with the AI/ML exposure etc.

• Act as the primary liaison for all delivery-related matters, ensuring seamless communication between Service Delivery and the Customer.
• Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans that include well-defined project scopes, key milestones, and realistic timelines, leveraging your expertise in Project Management.
• Oversee project planning and progress monitoring, ensuring effective budget management, milestone tracking, and adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Manage the overall budget and resources for delivery, including strategic task allocation to team members while ensuring project timelines are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with delivery, formulating contingency plans to address potential challenges proactively.
• Engage with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other relevant parties, to provide regular updates on delivery progress and maintain open communication channels.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment that enhances their skills and supports task completion.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations, driving quality assurance throughout the delivery process.
• Lead and manage a diverse team comprising system development, application development, QA specialists, DevOPS, SRE, project managers, and other key roles, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
