Your role will encompass technical ownership, escalation support, pre-sales contributions, & mentoring, all while upholding our commitment to quality & innovation. The Role

• Lead complex technical projects from planning to closure, managing scope, milestones, resources, dependencies & stakeholder coordination with precision.

• Provide technical ownership across client environments, overseeing risks, lifecycle requirements & identifying improvement opportunities effectively.

• Act as a senior technical escalation point, resolving complex issues across the Professional Services Department with expertise & authority.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution design, estimation, scoping, validation & client presentation with clarity.

• Mentor engineers by providing technical advice, practical support & constructive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Influence standards & best practices, contributing to technical governance without formal ownership but with significant impact.

• Participate in after-hours delivery, including on-call arrangements, maintenance windows & planned project work as required.

• Ensure project documentation is maintained for testing, handover, support & closure, aligning with technical standards & client requirements.

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualification in computer studies or related discipline.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, & Windows Server.

• Strong track record in designing & delivering complex solutions.

• Proven project management skills, including risk management.

• Experience as a senior escalation resource for technical issues.

• Ability to provide technical ownership for client environments.

• Experience in pre-sales activities & solution development.

• Strong client & stakeholder communication skills.

• Demonstrated mentoring & technical guidance capability.

• Sound understanding of technical risk & change control.
