DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & Planning
- Assist in developing conceptual and detailed design plans for special projects.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings including MEPFS for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates and timelines for proposed projects.
Construction Oversight
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers during project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and change orders; escalate issues as needed.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
