Technical Design Senior Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Design Associate to join our fashion team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our garments meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and construction. The ideal candidate will support the technical design team by managing fit sessions, checking samples, reviewing sewing techniques, and collaborating closely with design, product development, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and participate in model fittings; take detailed notes and photos to communicate changes.
• Evaluate garment samples for construction, fit, and measurement accuracy.
• Review and comment on sewing techniques, finishes, and overall garment execution.
• Maintain and update tech packs, measurement charts, and fit comments.
• Partner with design and production to resolve technical issues and maintain brand quality standards.
• Conduct wear tests or internal reviews as needed for performance and fit.
• Assist in developing and maintaining fit blocks and grade rules.
• Support and coordinate garment grading for factory production.

About you

• 3+ years work experience in technical design field
• English and Thai language
• Chinese language (optional)
• Basic knowledge of pattern making
