What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with our Design team to establish garment specs, review prototype fits, and recommend construction adjustments.

- Oversee garment construction standards throughout development and production, ensuring consistency across all categories.
- Review and update spec sheets and tech packs for accuracy, clarity, and vendor readiness.
- Prepare complete technical packages—including measurements, BOMs, construction notes, graded specs, and sketches—for internal teams and vendors.
- Coordinate workload according to production calendars and delivery timelines; manage proto reviews and cross-check samples against tech packs.
- Maintain an organized archive of approved samples, blocks, and patterns for reference.
- Communicate fit updates and construction changes to vendors through clear technical comments, annotated images, and sketches.
- Collaborate with designers to approve prototypes and contribute to ongoing development of foundational blocks across product categories.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of Technical Design experience within apparel manufacturing.
- Strong foundation in garment construction, fit evaluation, patternmaking, and grading.
