What they need

A Day in the Life:
- Create and prepare technical drawings in 2D/3D and details
- Provide a complete set of drawings and advise the designers on any design conflicts
- Advise designers on the structural feasibility of designs
- Coordinate with designers/projects on specific requirements for technical drawings
- Conduct revisions for technical drawings
- Conduct site measurements/take pictures on-site for technical drawing references.
- Be able to travel to project sites when necessary
What We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and knowledgeable in Photoshop and Rhino
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to do technical hand sketches
- A good understanding/knowledge of the latest construction methodology
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good time-management abilities
