Technical Designer

For overseas applications, candidates should apply for a working holiday visa, or a work visa can be sponsored for successful candidates.

Responsibilities and opportunities

• Focus on technical development and documentation of projects across all stages
• Produce accurate and comprehensive construction drawing packages, details, and schedules
• Coordinate design solutions with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Ensure building codes and regulations are fully incorporated into project documentation
• Conduct thorough site inspections and produce detailed survey reports
• Resolve complex technical challenges with innovative detailing
• Support the team during the construction administration phase

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience focused on technical design and documentation
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
• Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; strong skills in SketchUp and Enscape
• Revit experience is a significant advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
