• Oversee, identify, and support the needs of supplier； coach and train in the management of their product areas.
• Lead fit sessions, analyze fit, and accurate corrections.
• Manage and monitor all styles from order placement through production including pre‐production, and top-of-production samples to meet the time and action calendar.
• Create, update, and utilize blocks and patterns to ensure standards are being met.
• Provide technical expertise and support to cross‐functional teams on fit development and pre‐production activities. Required Competencies
• Demonstrated Prior to Assuming Position
• Bachelor's Degree in garment fit and construction or equivalent work experience.
• 10 + years of experience in apparel patternmaking preferred. Familiar with pattern software of ET and CLO( 3D pattern)
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with a US-based organization preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and regional languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
