该职位来源于猎聘 Job Position：Technical Designer (Theme Park Theming) Job Overview This role is responsible for the full-stage technical development collaboration from concept design, schematic design (SD), design development (DD) to construction documentation (CD) and shop drawing for theme park scenic and IP theming projects. The Technical Designer closely cooperates with global creative teams, BIM coordination team, MEP/structural consultants, project management, and fabrication vendors throughout every design phase. The core goal is to translate artistic concept into standardized, buildable, cost-controlled and constructible scenic design solutions while ensuring consistent creative intent, technical rationality and seamless cross-team collaboration across the entire design cycle. Key Responsibilities（Phase-by-Phase Collaboration Focus）

• Concept Design Stage – Creative Collaboration & Technical Feasibility Alignment Collaborate with international creative and IP design teams to interpret conceptual sketches, renderings, mood boards and IP style guides. Participate in early design workshops to provide technical feedback on scenic proportion, spatial layout, material feasibility and outdoor durability. Align creative direction with basic structural and site constraints to avoid unbuildable design solutions in the early stage.
• SD (Schematic Design) Stage – Multi-disciplinary Scheme Coordination Translate confirmed concepts into preliminary schematic layouts, massing studies and scenic zoning drawings. Cooperate with architects, MEP and special effect teams to reserve spatial positions for scenic structures, decorative facades and sculptural elements. Work with BIM team for preliminary spatial inspection, synchronize design scheme directions, and provide technical basis for subsequent deepening design.
• DD (Design Development) Stage – Core Cross-team Technical Coordination Fully deepen scenic structure, construction details, material specifications, finish standards and color systems. Conduct intensive coordination with BIM Coordinator and BIM technicians to unify 2D design drawings and 3D BIM models, resolve spatial clashes between theming scenery, steel structure, electromechanical pipelines, lighting and special effects. Collaborate with engineering consultants to verify structural safety, load compliance and construction feasibility, lock final technical scheme and design parameters.
• CD & Shop Drawing Stage – Construction & Fabrication Collaboration Complete full set of construction drawings and fabrication shop drawings based on finalized DD scheme. Cooperate closely with production vendors and factory teams to clarify technical details, construction sequences and craftsmanship requirements. Review vendor’s secondary deepening drawings, organize technical disclosure, and synchronize design updates to all participating parties. Align drawing standards with QAP quality requirements to ensure unified construction and production standards.
• Whole-process teamwork & quality control Maintain continuous communication with global creative teams for design iteration and creative confirmation. Cooperate with project management team to control design progress, budget and change management. Support on-site installation technical coordination, solve construction deviations, and ensure the entire design-to-construction closed-loop delivery. Job Requirements
• 2+ years technical design experience in theme park scenic theming or themed entertainment industry, familiar with international project design delivery system.
• Fully familiar with complete design workflow: Concept → SD → DD → CD → Shop Drawing and corresponding multi-party collaboration rules.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino; capable of cooperating with BIM team for model checking and design optimization.
• Familiar with theme park scenic materials and craftsmanship: FRP sculpture, artificial rockwork, decorative steel structure, outdoor weather-resistant coating and art finishing.
• Strong cross-team collaboration ability, able to docking global creative, engineering, BIM, factory and site teams efficiently.

• 一、概念设计阶段：创意对接 + 前期技术风控 深度对接国际创意与IP设计团队，解读概念效果图、设计氛围版、IP视觉规范，参与前期方案研讨。从场景比例、空间尺度、材料特性、户外耐候性、施工可行性角度输出技术意见，过滤无法落地的艺术方案，确保概念阶段兼顾创意效果与工程逻辑。
• 二、SD方案设计阶段：多专业方案协同与空间预留 将概念方案转化为完整的平面布局、场景分区、造型体量方案。与建筑、机电、特效专业协同，完成主题包装、雕塑造型、装饰钢结构的空间预留与位置对位。配合BIM团队开展初步空间校核，统一整体方案方向，为后续深化设计奠定基础。
• 三、DD深化设计阶段：核心跨专业协同与冲突解决 完成全套主题包装技术深化：节点构造、结构基层、材料规格、饰面工艺、色彩标准全部锁定。重点联动BIM协调团队完成图纸与模型双向对齐，全面排查并解决主题造型与机电管线、灯光特效、土建结构的空间碰撞问题。对接结构、机电顾问完成技术合规性校验，优化施工可行性，锁定最终落地技术方案。
• 四、施工图&工厂深化阶段：生产与施工落地协同 基于定稿DD方案输出全套施工图与工厂加工图。深度配合生产厂家、施工团队，明确工艺标准、施工顺序、造型细节。审核厂家二次深化图纸，组织技术交底，同步所有设计变更与优化要求，配合QAP质量体系统一生产与施工标准。
• 五、全流程持续协作交付 全程同步创意团队完成方案迭代、样板确认、创意验收；配合项目管理把控设计进度、成本与变更管理；驻场解决现场施工偏差、安装冲突，实现从概念—方案—深化—施工图—生产—现场的闭环落地。 任职要求
• 2年以上主题乐园、文旅主题包装技术深化经验，熟悉国际项目设计流程者优先；
• 精通 概念→SD方案→DD深化→施工图 全设计流程及各阶段多方协作逻辑；
• 熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp/Rhino，具备配合BIM团队完成模型核对、方案优化的协作能力；
• 熟悉塑石、FRP雕塑、艺术涂装、异形钢结构、户外主题包装工艺与材料；
• 具备优秀的跨部门、跨团队协同能力，可高效对接海外创意、技术、生产、现场多方；
• 具备基础英文读写能力，能看懂英文IP规范、创意文件者优先。
