Technical Developer – AI & Automation

About the Company

Creative Industrial Automation is a UAE-based distributor and manufacturer of industrial automation products, including pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, and electrical control components.

We have our head office in Dubai, showrooms in Ajman and Abu Dhabi, a branch in Saudi Arabia, and e-commerce operations serving the UAE and GCC markets.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Developer – AI & Automation to build, integrate, and maintain the technical systems that power our business.

You will work across e-commerce, CRM/ERP integrations, AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, data pipelines, and automation workflows. This is a lean team with direct access to management, where you will have significant ownership of the systems you build.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Shopify store functionality, custom features, and integrations.
• Develop integrations between Shopify, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Google platforms.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business workflows such as enquiry handling, product identification, reporting, and internal automation.
• Build and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect AI systems with internal tools and business data.
• Implement and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Build automation scripts, APIs, and data pipelines connecting internal systems through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Work with AI development tools and frameworks such as Claude, ChatGPT, and LangChain to build production-ready AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot bugs, data issues, API failures, and integration problems across the technology stack.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
• Experience building or working with MCP servers, tools, and connectors.
• Practical Shopify development experience, including Liquid, APIs, and custom apps.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, or similar CRM/low-code platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Self-directed and capable of delivering projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
