Technical Delivery Manager

Experience Requirements

Total Relevant Experience:
8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.

Technical Delivery Management Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.

Preferred Domain Experience:
Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

Strong experience in managing

end-to-end project delivery

, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Thorough understanding of

banking regulatory requirements

, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in English

(written and verbal) is mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Technical Leadership and Ownership

Release and Deployment Governance

PMP
