Technical Director (m/f/d)

Monolith Fleisch- und Teigwarenfabrik GmbH is one of Germany’s leading manufacturers of Eastern European sausage and pasta specialties.

To strengthen our team in Schwabach, we are looking for several Technical Managers (m/f/d) to start immediately.

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the technical operational readiness of production facilities and plant engineering systems
• Professional and organizational management of the technical team
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance, servicing, and repair work
• Ensuring uninterrupted production from a technical perspective
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults
• Planning and implementation of technical optimization and investment projects
• Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Management and coordination of external service providers and contractors
• Collaboration with production, quality assurance, and management
• Responsibility for technical documentation and spare parts management

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical training, master craftsperson, technician, or engineering qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in maintenance or plant engineering at a manufacturing company
• Experience managing employees
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and plant engineering
• Experience maintaining and servicing production facilities
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work German language skills (at least C1); Russian language skills are an advantage
