Technical Document Controller- Fire Fighting

Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 1-2 years’ experience in fire fighting & safety projects Mandatory

• Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, submittals, approvals, and correspondence.
• Prepare document registers, transmittals, and submission records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track document revisions, approvals, comments, and resubmissions.
• Assist with mechanical and fire fighting technical documentation, material submittals, and equipment data.
• Maintain records for inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents for completeness.
• Support procurement and engineering teams with technical and commercial documentation.
• Ensure proper filing, document control, and timely submission of project records.
• Prepare reports and follow up on pending approvals and required documents.

Requirements:

• Autocad Knowledge is plus

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with good typing and documentation skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
