Technical Document Controller (Part-Time)

Intertek Romania is looking for a Technical Document Controller to support an industrial project in the Czech Republic.

This is not a purely administrative position. We are looking for a candidate with a technical background who can understand engineering and quality documentation, verify that project documentation is complete and compliant, and support the QA/QC team throughout the project.Review technical documentation for completeness and formal compliance.

Verify inspection reports, test reports, certificates and other quality records.

Ensure all required project documentation has been submitted correctly.

Communicate with the QA/QC team regarding documentation status and any missing information.

Maintain document registers and support document control activities throughout the project.

Requirements Technical background.

Basic understanding of engineering documentation.

Ability to read technical drawings and technical documentation.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Fluent Czech language skills.

Basic English for reading technical documentation.
