Required Technical Skill Set Nuclear / Defence Technical Document writing & Document Management

Desired Experience Range 5~10 Years

Must-Have

Export control scope experience related to Nuclear/Defence Technical Document writing & Document conversion.

Technical Documents

Attend pre-job brief or other supporting meetings in advance of technical writing being performed

Perform technical writing review of text-based documents as per applicable discipline process

Collaborate with document owners and content creators on content, formatting and editing requirements, and recommendations to ensure a consistent, professional and timely deliverable

Execute related activities and tasks within supporting systems, tools and information exchanges

Procedural Documents

Create, review and maintain procedural-based documents as per process

Perform related activities and tasks as per procedure

Request identification, initiate reviews, comments and disposition, approval, issuance, coms

Document Conversions

Support document owners and content creators with conversion from one format to another, including different format types or different revisions of the same format

Unassociated Supporting Documents

Create or review product, project and business unassociated supporting documents per process

Manage identification, content, formatting, editing, reviews, approvals, issuance, distribution, coms

Maintain index, source file, access control, revisions, supersedure and obsolescence

Perform Periodic Adequacy Reviews on unassociated supporting documents, procedure and guide

COMs

Create and/or review COMs as per process

Manage identification, content, formatting, editing, reviews, approvals, issuance, distribution, coms

Maintain index, source content, access controls, revisions, supersedure and obsolescence

Perform Periodic Adequacy Reviews of COMs for revisions, supersedure and obsolescence

Technical Documents

Create and maintain user access groups, forms, workflows, and automation

Data Analytics

Provide weekly data on volume by project and by deliverable type on a Technical Writer basis, planned v actual, requested v delivered, on schedule v late, backlog, throughput, and conditions related to quality, including first pass yield, defect trends, CRs and corresponding measures
