Technical Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Technical Draftsman with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architectural and technical drafting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in apartment planning, façade detailing, high-rise residential projects, and luxury villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings for high-rise residential and luxury villa projects.
• Develop apartment layouts and planning drawings based on design requirements.
• Prepare detailed façade drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Incorporate design changes and technical comments into drawings.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the design and technical teams during design development and construction stages.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical drafting experience.
• Proven experience in apartment planning and façade detailing.
• Strong experience with high-rise residential projects.
• Experience working on luxury villa projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction details and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to project deadlines.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with experience in Dubai/UAE residential developments, particularly high-rise towers and luxury residential projects, will be preferred.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
