Technical Draftsman/Designer

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in interior design, architecture, construction engineering or similar field is preferred.
• Senior Level is an advantage
• Have knowledge in doing detailed construction drawings of carpentry/joinery and non-standard joinery design such as museum or gallery show cases or displays.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar software.
• Knowledge of 3D software is an advantage.
• Meticulous and pays strong attention to details.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Responsibilites:

• Review and understand project scope of works and technical specifications.
• Develop shop drawings based on design intent and project specifications.
• Submission of shop drawings for approval.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on final design.
• Collaborate with 3D designers, clients and vendors.
• Ability to identify and communicate potential design problems.
• Do coordination works of Philippine technical draftsmen team with Singapore design and production team.
