Technical Drawing Annotator-Civil&Architects

We are seeking Civil Engineering and Architecture graduates for an architectural data annotation role. The position involves annotating floor plans and architectural datasets by applying technical knowledge to interpret drawings, understand construction terminology, identify building elements, and ensure accurate annotations. The annotated data will support material measurement and quantity take-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and related technical documents.
• Identify building elements and determine the correct features to annotate according to project guidelines.
• Annotate architectural datasets accurately and consistently.
• Apply knowledge of construction terminology, drawing conventions, dimensions, and building components.
• Maintain annotation quality and follow project requirements.
• Requirements
• B.E./BS in Civil Engineering/ Architecture from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction terminology.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
