Technical editor (m/f/d)

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation and instructions for our state-of-the-art machines. You will work closely with our engineers and product developers to communicate complex technical information clearly and comprehensibly. With your specialist knowledge and your ability to create precise content, you will help to ensure the quality of our products and increase customer satisfaction. Your tasks

This is what you do with us:

• Development of operating instructions, installation instructions and maintenance manuals for machines and devices
• Preparation of technical information in clearly understandable language for end users
• Development of training materials and presentations for the training of customers, employees and service technicians
• Checking and proofreading technical documents for accuracy, clarity and completeness
• Answering customer inquiries regarding technical documentation and product usage

Your profile

What you bring to the team:

• Understanding of complex technical contexts and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and comprehensibly
• Interest in mechanical engineering and packaging technologies, ideally experience in working with engineers and product developers
• Ability to research technical information and sources efficiently
• Experience in working in project teams and coordinating workflows
• Good knowledge of at least one foreign language, ideally English, for the creation of multilingual documentation
