Technical Enablement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

In this remote role, you will help partners become technically ready to design and deliver AI agents while strengthening their ability to implement, support, and troubleshoot complex conversational solutions. You will lead enablement sessions, guide technical onboarding, and serve as a hands-on resource for JavaScript development, API integrations, and web-based conversational experiences. This position blends partner-facing consulting with deep technical problem-solving, requiring strong communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Enable partners to design and deliver AI agents on the company's conversational platform
• Support partner onboarding and technical readiness
• Deliver technical enablement sessions and workshops
• Assist partners with JavaScript development and debugging
• Support API usage and integrations
• Help partners work with context variables and conversation logic
• Advise on webchat and xApps using HTML and JavaScript

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Practical knowledge of context variables and conversation logic in a conversational AI platform
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat and xApps
• Experience in technical customer-facing roles
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
