Technical Engineer & Senior Technical Engineer (Mechanical)

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

1. Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on cooling and mechanical systems within data center facilities.

2. Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize HVAC, PAC, CRAC/CRAH, chiller, and other critical cooling equipment.

3. Carry out equipment testing, startup, commissioning, and performance verification activities.

4. Respond to equipment failures and site incidents, providing timely and effective technical solutions.

5. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and incident reports accurately and promptly.

6. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with contract requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures.

7. Recommend improvements to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and equipment performance.

8. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, internal teams, and site personnel.

9. Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training for technicians and clients.

10. Lead and supervise technicians during maintenance, troubleshooting, and project activities.

11. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, SOPs, and technical documentation.

12. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

13. Maintain maintenance records, asset history, and service documentation.

Report maintenance activities, site issues, and recommendations directly to the Operation Manager

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma / Degree of Engineering (Mechanical) or relevant experience.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in writing in Malay & English
• Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative.
• Able to work independently.
• Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,400.00 per month
