What you'll be doing?

• Provide technical support: Offer expert advice and solutions to clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring all proposals meet project requirements.
• Handle technical queries: Address pre-and post-sales inquiries with confidence and precision.
• Conduct training: Deliver product installation training and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage orders: Process and oversee client orders efficiently, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop design solutions: Research and create value-added design solutions using engineering calculations and design codes.
• Promote company value: Showcase our company's technical services and opportunities through seminars and specifications.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with production and engineering teams to align client requirements and drive product standardization.

Who are they looking for?

• Engineering Background - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline to provide the technical foundation for this role
• Industry Experience - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Technical/Solution Engineer or similar role in construction or engineering; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply if they demonstrate strong technical aptitude
• Multilingual Communication - Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base across different markets and regions
• Technical Software Skills - Proficiency in CAD and/or Revit software is highly valued for creating technical drawings and design documentation
• Client-Facing Experience - Background in technical support, client engagement, or project management would be advantageous for building strong client relationships
