DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage MPFS testing and commissioning, pre-operation, and turnover activities for malls, offices, residential properties, and estate developments.
- Validate operations and maintenance standards through facilities audits.
- Facilitate budgetary cost estimates and project implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
- At least 4 years of experience in Facilities Management or Technical Services.
- With relevant project experience.
