What they need
Required Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or related field)
● Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building construction, steel structure, or large-span roofing experience preferred
● Familiarity with Dubai Municipality/local authority approval processes
● Working knowledge of AutoCAD , MEP and Fit Out
● Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors
● UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license an advantage
Key Skills
● Site supervision & quality control
● Shop drawing/RFI/submittal management
● Reading structural & MEP drawings
● Problem-solving and coordination under schedule pressure
● Good communication (English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus)
