Qualifications & experience

• Electronic/Mechanical/Robotics/Mechatronics engineering degree.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A valid Wireman Certificate is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely execution, coordination, and delivery
2. Lead and participate in the assembly, integration, and maintenance of robotic systems and smart devices
3. Plan and oversee wiring, soldering, and hardware integration works while being hands-on when required
4. Coordinate and support the installation of systems such as camera solutions (e.g., ANPR), including setup and commissioning
5. Assist in programming, system configuration, and debugging, with the ability to independently resolve technical issues
6. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machines and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure smooth project execution
8. Provide on-site technical support, supervision, and problem-solving when required
