Feed Mill Technical Support Engineer – Poultry Nutrition & Feed Additives

• Provide technical support to feed mill customers under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct on-site feed mill visits and assist with feed mill audits, process evaluation, and optimization.
• Develop practical knowledge of feed milling operations, processes, and FeedMiling products.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues related to feed mill equipment.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities at customer sites.
• Assist in product demonstrations, field trials, testing, and technical data collection.
• Support customer and operator training on equipment operation, best practices, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team during customer visits and provide technical inputs and product support.
• Collect customer feedback, identify technical requirements, and highlight potential product and service opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, customer visit reports, audit reports, and trial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, service activities, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on feed milling technology, equipment, poultry nutrition, and industry developments.
• Be willing to travel extensively across India for customer visits, installations, trials, audits, servicing, and training.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
