Technical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Civil Engineer or Architectural graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in Actual Construction implementation
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and implementation.
• Proficient in preparing technical reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Demonstrates effective team leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, maintenance cost control, and resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain building facilities and infrastructure
• Conduct regular inspections of structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Can identify defects and can suggest and implement corrective repairs
• Analyze recurring problems and recommend permanent solutions
• Assist in renovations, repairs, and facilities improvement projects
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and schedule
• Manage daily activities and correct personnel deployment

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
