Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement engineering strategy through penetration of the organizations’ key decision makers and technical support provision
• Responsible for the development & management of targeted accounts composed primarily of designers/consultants under public and/or private practice
• Mapping the needs of designers/consultants and deliver innovative products and solutions providing trainings and design calculations based on international approvals
• Advocate the use of fischer design software with the intention of establishing the brand as a solutions provider
• Achieve approvals from designers/consultants to use fischer as among the primary brands for engineering solutions by way of specifications
• Contribute to the company’s growth potential through leads generation & project management
• Consistent collaboration with Marketing Department in defining key applications where fischer solutions are relevant while observing for the products lifecycle
• Provision of after-market services as may deemed necessary in collaboration with the sales team

Organizational Relationships:

• Reporting to: Marketing & Technical Manager
• Collaboration with: Country Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Familiar with construction relevant software
• Communication and presentation skills both oral & written
• With sound understanding of construction market
