Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer – AC/DC Drivers & BLDC Fans Parts Development and allied products to join our Electrical/R&D team.

The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of AC/DC drivers, LED lighting systems, BLDC fan electronics, and related products, while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LED lighting circuits, AC/DC driver circuits, and electronic systems.
• Work on BLDC fan electronics, controllers, drivers, and related products.
• Tuning of Magnet with the circuit board for Fan with Regulator and with Remote.
• Candidate must be skillful for the Plant and Machinery required for the BLDC Fan and allied products,
• Conduct performance testing, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of drivers, LED modules, PCBs, and electronic components.
• Analyse electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power factor, efficiency, THD, temperature, and protection functions.
• Ensure products comply with applicable IS/IEC standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, procurement, and service teams for new product development.
• Support product improvement, cost optimization, reliability enhancement, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, test reports, circuit documentation, BOMs, validation reports, and other engineering documents.
• Support prototype development, testing, debugging, and production transfer.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in LED lighting, LED drivers, AC/DC power supplies, BLDC fans, electronics, or related products.

• Strong knowledge of:

• AC/DC LED Drivers

• SMPS / Power Supplies

• BLDC Motor Controllers

• PCB Design & Troubleshooting

• LED Lighting Systems

• Electronic Components

• Electrical & Electronic Testing

• Working knowledge of testing equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer, LCR meter, electronic load, and related laboratory equipment.

• Understanding of power electronics, protection circuits, thermal management, and product reliability.

• Knowledge of applicable IS/IEC standards and electrical safety requirements.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
