Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Prepare, review and submit Method Statements, Technical Proposals and other technical documents for approval.
  编制、审核并提交施工方案、技术方案及其他技术文件进行审批。
• Follow up on comments, revisions and approval status from clients and consultants.
  跟进业主及顾问的意见、文件修改及审批进度。
• Attend and participate in technical coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  参加并协调业主、顾问及分包商之间的技术协调会议。
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings and technical submissions, and monitor their submission and approval progress.
  审核施工图、深化图及技术报审文件，并跟进提交及审批进度。
• Coordinate with design, engineering and subcontractor teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
  协调设计、工程及分包团队，解决施工过程中的技术及专业接口问题。
• Support the Engineering Department in technical coordination, site execution and problem-solving.
  协助工程部开展技术协调、现场施工及技术问题处理。
• Conduct inspections of critical construction activities and monitor compliance with approved Method Statements, drawings and specifications.
  对关键施工工序进行检查，监督现场施工是否符合已批准的施工方案、图纸及技术规范。
• Assist in identifying technical risks and implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure smooth project execution.
  协助识别技术风险并落实相应的纠正措施，确保项目顺利实施。

Qualifications & Requirements 任职要求

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  土木工程、建筑工程、机械工程、电气工程或相关专业本科学历。
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or technical coordination.
  具备3–5年建筑、工程或技术协调相关工作经验。
• Experience in reviewing construction drawings, shop drawings, Method Statements and technical submissions.
  具有审核施工图、深化图、施工方案及技术报审文件的相关经验。
• Familiar with construction processes, technical specifications and project documentation requirements.
  熟悉施工流程、技术规范及项目技术文件管理要求。
• Strong technical coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
  具备较强的技术协调、沟通及问题解决能力。
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
  能够有效协调业主、顾问、分包商及项目内部团队。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/project management software.
  熟练使用Microsoft Office及相关工程/项目管理软件。
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  能够独立开展工作，处理多项任务并按项目进度要求完成工作。

Preferred Qualifications 优先条件

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or EPC Contractor.
  具有总承包商或EPC承包商工作经验。
• Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure or data centre projects.
  具有大型建筑、基础设施或数据中心项目经验。
• Familiarity with technical submission and approval processes involving consultants and clients.
  熟悉与顾问及业主之间的技术文件报审及审批流程。

Language Requirements 语言要求

• Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  具备良好的英语听说读写及沟通能力。
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage for communication with local clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
  掌握马来语者优先，以便与本地业主、顾问、分包商及政府机构沟通。
• Chinese proficiency is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
  具备中文沟通能力者优先，以便与中文团队成员及相关方沟通。
