Technical Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

Develop, maintain and update detailed construction project schedules from planning through completion.

Involve in Tender process

Establish project baselines, milestones, activities, logic, durations, and resource requirements.

Monitor actual progress against approved schedules and identify schedule variances.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule forecasts.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to obtain accurate progress information.

Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and schedule risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Analyse delays and support the preparation of recovery and acceleration schedules.

Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project programme.

Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, progress updates, assumptions, and constraints.

Support project planning meetings and present schedule updates and key issues to management.
