We are currently hiring a TECHNICAL ENGINEER to join our dynamic team!

Position: Technical Engineer– QS / Procurement / Tendering

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, material calculations, cost estimates, and rate analyses.
• Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs; identify discrepancies and prepare RFIs/clarifications when required.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, cost summaries, and commercial comparisons.
• Handle subcontractor and supplier procurement, including RFQs, quotation evaluation, comparison sheets, and scope review.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, additional works, and subcontractor payment applications.
• Draft and review of subcontract agreements, contractual correspondence, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities on technical and commercial matters.
• Maintain records of drawings, BOQs, quotations, contracts, payments, variations, NOCs, and project correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Construction company experience in QS, estimation, procurement, tendering, or technical office work.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, construction materials, and quantity calculations.
• Good knowledge of subcontractor/supplier quotations, variations, payments, and commercial documentation.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office; PlanSwift or similar take-off software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
