Responsible for supporting quantity surveying, estimation, tendering, cost analysis, technical coordination, and authority Submissions The role involves preparing accurate quantities and cost estimates, coordinating tender documentation, obtaining and evaluating quotations. and following up on authority submissions and approvals to support the successful delivery of projects.

KEY RESPOSABILITY:

• Handle activities related to quantity Surveying, estimation, tendering, cost analysis, and authority coordination
• Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies, missing details, and coordination issues.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for tenders and ongoing projects.
• Prepare cost estimates for new tenders. variations. additional works. and project proposals
• Support project teams in monitoring costs, budgets, quantities, and expenditure' throughout project execution
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and conduct technical and commercial comparisons
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and provide recommendations based on scope. price. and project requirements.
• Maintain updated market rates, supplier information, and cost databases for estimation purposes.
• prepare technical and commercial tender submissions in accordance with Client requirements.
• Ensure all tender documents. forms. BOQS. pricing schedules, and supporting documents are complete and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Prepare and Submit applications and required documentation to relevant authorities. including Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other applicable authorities.
• Follow up With authorities on submissions. approvals, inspections, and comments. and coordinate timely responses and resubmissions
• Maintain updated Logs and Trackers for authority submissions, approvals. comments, and pending actions.
• Maintain Organized records of BOQs, quotations, estimates, tender documents, cost comparisons, authority submissions, and Approvals.
• provide technical and commercial support to the Project Manager and project team as required.
• Perform other technical, estimation, tendering, quantity surveying, and coordination duties as required to support project delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in technical engineering. quantity surveying. estimation. tendering. or construction
