Technical Engineer

1. Research & Development:

   • Conduct research and development activities focused on ABS thermoplastics.
   • Develop new formulations and improve existing products to meet market demands.
   • Perform laboratory experiments, analyse data, and document findings.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.

2. Technical Support:

   • Provide technical support to customers through onsite visits or online communication.
   • Assist customers in understanding product specifications, applications, and performance.
   • Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
   • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their knowledge of ABS thermoplastics.

3. Failure Analysis & Troubleshooting:

   • Perform failure analysis on customer-reported issues to identify root causes.
   • Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve product failures.
   • Work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
   • Document and report findings, providing recommendations for product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in research and development, preferably with ABS thermoplastics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for onsite customer support as needed.
