Technical Engineer

About the role

As a Technical Engineer - Implementation Level, you will be responsible for the controlled, compliant, and secure execution of technical implementation and support activities. You will ensure that all assigned tasks are delivered in accordance with approved project plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), information security controls, and client-specific standards—supporting the successful turnover, stabilization, and operation of implemented systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical implementation, configuration, migration, and support tasks (including cabling, networking, and system interfacing) in compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Analyze and resolve implementation-related technical issues, including unprecedented or non-standard client concerns.
• Prioritize and manage tasks aligned with project schedules using internal systems (e.g.CRM, ). Timely escalate unresolved risks or deviations with sufficient technical context.
• Accurately document all technical activities (configurations, changes, findings). Submit Daily Accomplishment Reports and ensure all records are suitable for ISO audits.
• Provide professional remote or onsite technical assistance. Conduct system or product training for authorized client personnel to ensure seamless operational readiness.

About you

• Proven experience in technical implementation, system configuration, networking, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of networking, cabling, system integration, and data migration.
• Experience using task management tools like CRM is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical activities and conducting client trainings.
• Must be willing to travel and stay for extended periods at distant project sites.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is an advantage.
