Technical Engineer

Provide technical expertise and support for GEZE products and solutions, including specifications, system design input, and technical clarifications for architects, consultants, contractors and end-users.

Support the pre-sales process, including reviewing project requirements, preparing technical proposals/BOQs, producing CAD drawings, and advising on product selection and integration.

Work closely with the sales team to jointly develop opportunities, attend customer meetings, provide product demonstrations, and deliver technical presentations to drive successful project acquisition.

Conduct on-site assessments when required to evaluate installation feasibility, site measurements, interface conditions, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Prepare technical documentation, including CAD layouts, schematic drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and installation guidance for project execution.

Support and train GEZE partners and customers on technical matters, product application, and solution design.

Manage maintenance contract sales, fault calls and repair services, including working closely with technician for the execution of the services.

Manage new project installation, testing & commissioning working with sub-contractors and partners.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management aligned with the company's objectives. Specific duties and targets to be completed by the Employee will be defined by the direct Manager.
