Technical Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Civil)

The Technical Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support in the improvement, maintenance, and optimization of plant operations, equipment, systems, and facilities. The role ensures that engineering activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational goals.

Depending on the assigned discipline, the Technical Engineer may support:

Electrical Engineer

• Energy conservation initiatives, electrical systems improvement, and plant power optimization
• Electrical equipment troubleshooting, maintenance support, and reliability improvement

Mechanical Engineer

• Fabrication activities, mechanical equipment improvement, and plant engineering projects

• Equipment troubleshooting, modification, boiler operation and preventive maintenance support

Electronics Engineer

• Instrumentation, automation, process control systems, and equipment monitoring
• Troubleshooting and improvement of electronic and control systems

Civil Engineer

• Facilities and building maintenance, structural improvement, and plant infrastructure projects
• Monitoring of repair, renovation, and construction activities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for engineering projects and plant improvement initiatives
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation of equipment, systems, and facilities
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering recommendations
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers for engineering activities
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and engineering practices
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and turnover activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• PRC Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant industrial experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in manufacturing operations, equipment, facilities, automation, or engineering projects is preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or engineering software is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Medina, Misamis Oriental
