Technical Engineer (Electrical Products)

About the role

This is a Technical Engineering role supporting electrical products, LV/MV switchgear systems, and related technical solutions. You will manage technical documentation, analyze customer requirements, prepare quotations, provide technical support, and coordinate across Sales, Product Management, Service, and HQ teams. The role includes after-sales service support in Thailand and may involve site visits to customer and project locations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage TOR (Terms of Reference), Offer Sheets, technical specifications, and technical documents
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and coordinate quotations based on customer and project requirements
• Review product specifications, pricing, and technical details before submission
• Answer customer technical questions and inquiries
• Explain product specifications, functions, applications, and technical requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting after delivery and installation
• Follow up on after-sales service in Thailand
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Service, and HQ
• Visit customer and project sites to support service and after-sales activities

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Engineering, electrical products, LV/MV, switchgear products and systems, or related fields
• Direct Electrical Engineering background required
• Good command of English
• Able to travel overseas and to other provinces for business trips
• Own car and able to travel to project and customer sites
